An authorised returns number and label must be obtained before returning any item/s for whatever reason. Depending on the product type and/or reason for return, the item/s would need to be returned to different geographic addresses. Please contact ourselves in the first instance via our on-line Enquiry System to obtain an authorised returns form.
Any item/s returned without an authorised returns number/label can not be tracked and will therefore not be excepted into our warehouse. These item/s will be rejected and it will be the reasonability of your particular carrier to return the goods to yourselves.
